Every day, families in New Jersey wrestle with challenging decisions about their children's earliest care and education:

New Jersey's network of child care resource and referral agencies was established to help parents answer these questions by providing parents with the information necessary to select child care and preschool. Trained child care resource and referral counselors are available to provide guidance by phone or in person tailored to each individual family's need.
